Overview of Terms & Conditions

  1. Site implementation fee is payable upon acceptance of contract; 50% deposit prior to commencement of work, balance due prior to launch/migration of site
  2. Hosting fee is payable for a minimum of twelve months and to be paid quarterly in advance; thus first quarter hosting payment is payable prior to launch/migration of site
  3. Accrued support hours are accruable for use toward further design, development or training up to a maximum of 6 months/hours
  4. Variation of the above terms is not permissable unless by arrangement prior to acceptance of contract
